Jack was thrilled with the maracas that were handed out to all the kids. So thrilled that he went to help himself to more, long after the maraca songs were over. In this photo Jack is about to put both hand in the pile of maracas and shake making a lot of noise, uh I mean music. ;)

We had our first BBQ of the season today. Jack and Grant really enjoyed being outside and playing together. Jack is chillin' here with Uncle Matt. 
Jack loves being outside. It calms his fussy moods and seems to make him happy. So you can imagine spring is a welcome season in our household. Here's Jack hanging in the front lawn before dinner.
Jack has taken an interest in pens, pencils and drawing. So I thought I would let him try out Crayons. Well, this was the result...don't know if you can see it clearly but Jack in a matter of second ate the crayon down to the paper. Ah, maybe we'll put those away for a while.
After spending a wonderful weekend in NY. I came home to my birthday present. I had asked Andrew to paint our room to match our new bed set. Happy Birthday to me! :)
We traveled to NY last weekend to help Emily celebrate the upcoming arrival of their baby boy
This is Jack's favorite new hobby...removing the tiny cushions from the inside of our fairly new beautiful cherry cabinets in the kitchen. Can't wait to see what he'll do next. ~Sigh~
