2 Little Monkeys

Ann Marie and I took Jack and Grant to the petting zoo in Reston. They were thrilled, I was exhausted. Turned out to be a hotter day than I was counting on. But we had a blast feeding and petting the animals. And it was great sharing it with Ann Marie and Grant.

We went to visit Jason and AM in their new house a couple of weeks ago. As always, Jack and Grant found their way to each other and started playing. :)

Jack, the Banjo Man and the Bongo Player

Last week we went to see The Banjo Man, a concert for kids at a small coffee shop venue, Jammin' Java. At the end of the show the Bongo Player let Jack play the drum. He was thrilled.

So of course I intend to get a great shot of Sam and Jack at the concert, but this is the best I got...the back of Sam. Sam and his mom Jenn came with us to the concert.

Dance Dance Dance

During this song the kids were dancing with streamers. Jack was one of the first to get out on the dance floor to shake his money maker.

Maraca Time

Jack was thrilled with the maracas that were handed out to all the kids. So thrilled that he went to help himself to more, long after the maraca songs were over. In this photo Jack is about to put both hand in the pile of maracas and shake making a lot of noise, uh I mean music. ;)

We have a house guest that Jack just loves...Zoe the cat. He is totally excited evertime he sees her and just wishes she wouldn't move so fast.
