Hoo Hoo

He's Jack in his owl outfit...yes that's an owl on his little hat. He has owl socks on too, but silly mommy didn't get them in the photo. Thanks to Leigh for the super cute outfit.

Man . . . We're all sick. Today all three of us are on anti-biotics. We all have ear infections and other ailments. We were warned that the first few months in daycare can prove taxing on the immune system and "they" weren't lying. We've been sick (with little breaks) for about 8 weeks and truth be told . . . the novelty is wearing off. We'd like to get through this one and then have a few weeks of health before the cold weather gets here.

Williamsburg Detour

On the way back from NC we stopped in Williamsburg, VA for lunch and picked up a sandwhich from the 'Cheese Shop' a local favorite. Jack enjoyed his first visit to the historic town and was enthralled with his new 'friend'.

Jack goes to the Beach

Just got back from a great vacation in NC. Weather wasn't ideal, but our company was...Jason, AM, Brooke and Andy along with respective little ones. It was great to get away from our routines and truly unplug a little.
First day there Jack crawled for the first time!! He had been showing signs for a while and then sure enough he saw a toy he wanted and crawled to get it. We were all excited and a little scared knowing that this was now a whole new world for all involved. Watch out he's mobile!
