We had our first BBQ of the season today. Jack and Grant really enjoyed being outside and playing together. Jack is chillin' here with Uncle Matt. 
Jack loves being outside. It calms his fussy moods and seems to make him happy. So you can imagine spring is a welcome season in our household. Here's Jack hanging in the front lawn before dinner.
Jack has taken an interest in pens, pencils and drawing. So I thought I would let him try out Crayons. Well, this was the result...don't know if you can see it clearly but Jack in a matter of second ate the crayon down to the paper. Ah, maybe we'll put those away for a while.
After spending a wonderful weekend in NY. I came home to my birthday present. I had asked Andrew to paint our room to match our new bed set. Happy Birthday to me! :)
We traveled to NY last weekend to help Emily celebrate the upcoming arrival of their baby boy
This is Jack's favorite new hobby...removing the tiny cushions from the inside of our fairly new beautiful cherry cabinets in the kitchen. Can't wait to see what he'll do next. ~Sigh~
Jack had his first haircut on Sunday (2/11/07). He was a little scared at first, who wouldn't be with those scissors coming at your head. But then he settled in and seemed just fine. And of course we think he looks even cuter now.
and his name is Hoover. After going absolutely nuts for cousin Grant's toy vacuum, we got Jack one of his own on Friday. And ever since he's been obsessed with this toy. He drags it around with him everywhere, he tried to pull it up with him when he was sitting in my lap drinking milk. Some kids have their teddy bears, Jack has his Hoover vacuum.
We visited our good friends Steve and Christine over the weekend. Jack and Isabella played great together, you can see the begining of a wonderful friendship.
Here he is in his little man PJs, a gift from our good friends Alan and Kim. We think he looks super cute in these.
